Erin Breau-Gillis
Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, Licensed Counselling Therapist
Erin has been practicing massage therapy since 2003, making her one of Moncton's most experienced and capable RMTs. Erin has a passion for her work and is thorough in both assessment and treatment of specific issues. She is also warm and compassionate, giving her and her practice the perfect blend of clinical massage therapy and personal attention to each client's physical and emotional needs.

Erin is also a counsellor. Erin believes in the humanistic approach to counselling wherein she is a fellow traveler in the life of the client, there to support and listen without judgment. Her intention is to help the clients discover their own stories, strengthen interpersonal relationships and cultivate meaning in their lives. Erin uses an integrated, trauma-informed approach that is unique to each client. Erin draws from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), attachment and emotionally focused theories, forward facing trauma therapy (FFTT), and practices for emotional regulation and regulation of the nervous system. Erin is particularly interested in trauma and somatic practices where movement and the body are integrated into the practice. Erin plans on continuing education in this field.
Over the years Erin has expanded her scope of education by taking additional courses in different modalities and techniques including trigger point therapy, active release, peripheral nerve facilitation, myofascial release, Thai yoga massage, mindfulness and many more. Erin has also recently become a certified yoga instructor. Erin draws from all of her education and experience to treat her clients and to give them the best, most effective massage experience she can.
Erin has a lust for life and happiness. She loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, health & fitness, good food, music and the arts.
Whether it is physical or mental stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, headaches, injury due to accident, trauma, sports injuries or simply part of a good self-care program, Erin can help!

Beth's own special blend of education and experience has made her a leader in the massage and yoga communities here in Moncton. The extensive anatomy training achieved in her Massage Therapy Degree gives her an edge when teaching yoga, and her deep understanding of yoga enhances her massage as well as the home care she can provide to her clients.
“It is about connecting the mind, the body and the spirit, a lot of people do not live in that harmony and don’t understand or listen to what their body is trying to tell them. Very often pain is coming from much more than a physical injury or tension. Once we are aware of our body and it’s subtle messages we can figure out where the pain is coming from, or better yet prevent it from starting. We are also more capable of handling stress both physically and mentally and we can enjoy our lives in a balanced way.” ~ Beth

Caroline Joyal
Registered Massage Therapist
Caroline is delighted to be back in Moncton after a rich eight-year adventure in Toronto where she graduated in Massage Therapy at Kikkawa College. She also had the honour to study with renowned teachers of different walks of life and explore a wide range of modalities to help support her understanding of health. Her journey in the profession started with a College diploma in Physical Rehabilitation acquired in Sherbrooke, Qc in 1999. Then her lifestyle in extreme sports and dance led her to some injuries that gave her a personal exploration of the body’s fragile yet resilient ecosystem. She also got to deepen her curiosity about the human condition by graduating from a BA with honours in Psychology here at UdeM in 2011.
Caroline’s approach navigates between different philosophies of treatment and is centred in the belief that everything is interconnected. She is an apprentice in a rare form of Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage). She specializes in Swedish and Thai massage, and enjoys integrating aspects of Myofascial work, Reflexology, Sports and Indie Head Massage in her sessions. She loves working with the elements of energy, fluidity, movement, rhythm and texture to co-create a tailored harmonious massage with her client. She believes in the tremendous benefits of developing abilities to listen to our body and raising our body awareness. She finds it can be extremely helpful for preventing injuries and recognizing when and where to seek out for support.
